We are an educational, urban farm school.
Below are some of the animals your children will see during their school day, students will have opportunities to care for these animals and learn all about them. From their habitats to their individual traits, children will become animals experts. The best way to learn is to see it, feel it, and immerse yourself in the learning process.
Parents: If you are interested in enrolling in our school, you will need to sign our waiver and allow us to provide these animal encounters to your children. We practice safe hand washing practices and will require hand washing after touching any animals. *Students will not handle reptiles or birds because of the salmonella risk, these animals are on campus but students will not have access to these animals. There is a separate pen in the natural play yard that contains several animals that children can safely view. Our facility is clean and clutter free, our animals are healthy and are vet checked at least once per year. We also have a therapy pony who comes on special days that we do horse care classes with. We will inform you of all animals on site, and gain your permission before allowing interactions.
